Turkey Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

4 slices of Plainville Farms Pre-Sliced Turkey Breast® 

8 slices of ciabatta bread

1 tbsp. olive oil

8 slices of provolone cheese

1 medium tomato, sliced thin

1/2 cup basil leaves

Instructions

1. Brush one side of ciabatta bread with olive oil. Place oil covered halves face down.

2. Place provolone, turkey, tomato and basil on each slice, making sure the provolone slices are closest to the bread.

3. Top each piece with remaining slices of bread, oil side facing up.

4. Place assembled sandwiches on a preheated grill and cover with the grill lid.

5. Cook for 2-4 minutes over medium heat, then flip. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden and cheese is melted.

6. Transfer to a clean cutting board and serve!
