This delicious and quick breakfast recipe will be a family favorite! A great recipe to make ahead and refrigerate for up to 4 days, OR freeze for up to 1 month!

Turkey & Cheese Frittata Cups

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Plainville Farms turkey tenderloins (cooked and diced)

1 cup of bacon (cooked and chopped)

9 large eggs

1/2 cup of milk

1/4 teaspoon of salt

3 green onions (sliced thin)

1/4 cup of red pepper (chopped)

1 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese

Nonstick cooking spray

Herbs (of your preference)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

2. Whisk together eggs, milk and salt.

3. Add turkey, bacon, green onions, red pepper and cheese.

4. Ladle into a muffin pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

5. Top with your favorite herbs. (Basil, parsley and chives go well with eggs.)

6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the tops are set (light golden brown.)

7. Let cool for 12 minutes, remove from pan running a knife around edges to loosen.

8. Serve & enjoy!
