Parmesan Brussels Sprouts are tender and perfectly crisp. These are a delicious easy side for any Holiday meal!

Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

1 pound of brussels sprouts (trimmed, halved & completely dried)

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of minced garlic

Salt & pepper (to taste)

1/2 cup of grated parmesan

1/3 cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Grease a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Toss the brussels sprouts with the olive oil, minced garlic, and salt & pepper in a large mixing bowl until coated.

Add parmesan and breadcrumbs & mix until evenly coated.

Spread brussels sprouts out on baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.
