Tricolor Turkey Lavash

This Tricolor Turkey Lavash provides an uncommonly fun and colorful alternative to the sandwich while remaining natural* and easy to prepare.


1 piece whole wheat lavash
a handful of Kalamata olives, ground into tapenade
4 slices Plainville Farms® Sliced Turkey
1/4 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cucumber, seeded and cut into strips
1 oz. goat cheese, crumbled


Spread a strip of olive tapenade onto lavash. Cover with slices of turkey. Lay down bell pepper strips and cucumber on top of turkey slices. Cover and top of with crumbled goat cheese. Roll into a cylindrical shape so that all of the fillings are secured inside the lavash. Cut in half diagonally and enjoy. Serves 1.
