Middle Eastern Turkey Kebabs

Warm up for grill season with these uncommonly tasty, fun to prepare Middle Eastern Turkey Kebabs.


1/2 cup chopped parsley
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbs. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground curry
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. Plainville Farms® Turkey Breast or Tenders cut into 2 inch pieces
2 green or red bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
4 zucchini, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 large red onion, wedged


Combine parsley, garlic, cumin, curry and cardamom in a shallow baking dish. Stir in olive oil until thoroughly mixed. Add turkey and toss until it is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Skewer turkey, peppers, zucchini and onions onto 12-inch wooden skewer in an alternating pattern. Brush with remaining marinade and season all over with salt and pepper.

Grill skewers over medium-high heat until turkey is cooked through, about 4-6 minutes. Serves 6-8.
