Garden Turkey Pasta Salad Recipe

This natural* and flavorsome Garden Turkey Pasta Salad is uncommonly delicious as an appetizer or main course. Perfect for leftovers the next day!


8 oz. rotini pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups cooked Plainville Farms® Turkey Breast, cut into small cubes
2 cups broccoli florets, cut into small florets
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed
1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup chopped sweet onions
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted lightly and divided
1-1/2 cups low-calorie three cheese ranch dressing


In a large bowl, toss cooked and drained pasta with turkey, vegetables and 1/4 cup almonds. Add dressing and mix lightly.

Cover and refrigerate for several hours or until chilled.

Serve in chilled shallow bowls and sprinkle each portion with remaining almonds. Serves 4.
