Bilingual Training Coordinator

Basic Purpose:

The Bilingual Training Coordinator will lead development initiatives through creative training events and educational programs, onboard all new hires through a structured orientation process, and ensure proper hands on training is completed. In addition, the Bilingual Training Coordinator will maintain a training matrix, complete all trainings not limited to safety, human resources, and production.

  • Ideal candidate has experience with e-learning, project management, is bilingual- Spanish, outgoing and energetic, and possess great public speaking skills

  • Bilingual Training Coordinator must be able to work in a fast paced and everchanging environment

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite

  • Minimum of 2 years in a training role, or human resources role

  • Advanced organizational skills, good attendance, and ability to work with a variety of cultures and personalities.
