Southwestern Spiced Turkey Sandwich
This natural* and peppery Southwestern Spiced Turkey Sandwich served on cornmeal rye bread has just the right amount of heat.
8 slice cornmeal rye bread
8-10 slices roasted Plainville Farms® Turkey
4 slices pepper jack cheese
1 red onion, sliced and grilled until soft and slightly brown
1 (4 oz.) can roasted green chilies
Divide turkey and cheese equally between four slices of bread and broil until melted. Top with onion, chilies and remaining bread slices. Serves 4.
