Grilled California Turkey Sandwich
This Grilled California Turkey Sandwich is an uncommonly tasty take on a classic that makes for a natural* lunch or a light dinner. Round it off with a side of fruit salad.
3 slices Plainville Farms® Turkey Breast
2 slices sourdough bread, grilled
2 tbsp. chopped marinated artichoke hearts
2 tbsp. sliced roasted pepper
1 slice Monterey jack cheese
3-4 arugula leaves
1 tbsp. prepared roasted garlic aioli
Place turkey on one slice of grilled bread. Top with artichoke hearts, pepper and cheese and broil until cheese is bubbly and melted. Remove from heat and top with arugula. Spread aioli on remaining bread slice and sandwich together. Makes 1 sandwich.
